Warranty

Warranty period

Our stuff comes with a 2-year warranty from the day you buy it. This covers factory defects and problems with materials and how it was made.

What is covered by the warranty?

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Problems with materials and how it is made
  • Things that don’t work as promised

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Repairs or adjustments not made by us
  • Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters

How do you file a warranty claim?

  1. Please send a message to our customer service at warranty@natocnc.com and tell us in detail what the problem is.
  2. Please return the defective item to our return address along with a copy of your receipt.
  3. Once we have received and looked at it, we will determine if it is under warranty.
  4. If we approve your claim, we’ll repair or replace it, or you’ll get your money back.

Complaints

How do you file a complaint?

We do our best to provide you with excellent service. Do you still have a complaint? This is how you can submit them:

  1. Please send a message to our customer service department at info@natocnc.com or call +310642756077 and tell us in detail what is going on.
  2. We will address your complaint within 5 business days and let you know we received it.
  3. Our customer service team will investigate your complaint and try to find a solution within 14 business days.

Disputes

If we are unable to resolve the issue together, you can submit your complaint to an independent organization that handles consumer rights.

Additionally, since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the EU platform.
