Shipping Methods
All of our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method from DHL. Depending on your region, we offer free shipping for orders over €120.
- Standard shipping within Benelux: Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days.
- Standard shipping rest of Europe: Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, size and the location to which the order is shipped. Here is an overview of our shipping costs:
- Free shipping for orders within Benelux up to 2kg above €120 per order
- Within and outside the Benelux standard shipping from: €11,99 per order up to 2kg
International shipping
We also ship abroad. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination. Here are some examples:
- Europe: Shipping costs from €11.99 per order. Delivery time 3-7 business days.
- United States: Shipping cost from €65 per order. Delivery time 7-10 business days.
- Rest of the world: Shipping cost from €40 per order. Delivery time 10-14 business days.
Tracking of your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our website or the carrier’s website.
Delivery time
While we do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on various factors such as location, shipping method and stock availability. Here are some general guidelines for our delivery times:
- Standard shipping (within the Netherlands): 1-5 working days
- International shipping (Europe): 3-7 business days
- International shipping (United States): 7-10 business days
- International shipping (rest of the world): 10-14 business days
Shipping restrictions
There may be certain restrictions on shipping certain products to certain locations. This may be due to regulations, customs requirements or other restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to your location.

If you experience any problems with the shipment of your order, such as delays, damaged items or missing items, please contact our customer service immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We strive to satisfy our customers with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
